As a Security Officer Access Control Agent in Umatilla, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will help manage access control, monitor entry points, and support a professional, welcoming environment. In this role, you will help address security-related concerns through strong communication, visible presence, and attentive service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and delivery personnel by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and documenting entry and exit activity at the location.
• Monitor entrances, gates, badge checkpoints, and/or visitor processing areas to help support authorized access, report irregular activity, and communicate security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with emergency response activities and following post instructions for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, entry points, loading areas, and perimeter, as assigned, noting facility conditions and reporting security-related issues or unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
