Gpac is seeking an experienced Traveling Steel Bridge Coating & Painting Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale steel Bridge coating projects across the country. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader with a strong background in industrial coatings, structural steel, and project management.

Pay 150K-200K!

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple steel coating projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee field operations, subcontractors, and crews to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and industry safety regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive successful project execution.
• Travel extensively to job sites as required.

Requirements:

• 5 years of proven experience in Bridge coating project management.
• Strong knowledge of protective coatings, surface preparation, and application processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
