& Lead and oversee all production operations for commercial roofing projects
& Manage superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, schedules, and project execution
& Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and exceed quality standards
& Drive safety culture and enforce operational excellence across all job sites
& Coordinate closely with estimating, sales, and leadership teams to maximize profitability
& Monitor labor productivity, materials, equipment, and workflow efficiency
& Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams

& Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Production Manager
& Strong background managing commercial roofing projects and field operations
& Expertise with TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, modified bitumen, and commercial roofing systems
