Key Responsibilities: Your "Book of Business"

Strategic Partnering: Act as a strategic TA partner and account manager for assigned hiring managers, forecasting staffing needs and setting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
\n\t \n\t- \n\t
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute high-volume, urgent recruitment strategies, including sourcing, behavioral interviewing, assessment review, offer extension, and onboarding oversight.
\n\t \n\t- \n\t
Relationship Management: Build and maintain exceptional rapport with managers, providing a "white-glove" service experience throughout the hiring process.
\n\t \n\t- \n\t
Required Travel/Visits: Manage a dedicated book of business, requiring mandatory site visits and meetings with location managers on a quarterly basis (and more frequently as required by location).

Market Expertise: Conduct external labor market scanning and educate hiring managers on talent conditions.
