What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate advanced robotic scanning equipment while ensuring document security

  • Sort, label, and prepare paper records for high-speed digital conversion

  • Track and document inventory accurately

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and compliance

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
    • \n\t
  • Basic computer skills (Word, spreadsheets, general navigation)
    • \n\t
  • Ability to pass a typing assessment (minimum 30 WPM / 95% accuracy)
    • \n\t
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs with assistance
    • \n\t
  • Must be a u.s. citizen or permanent resident
    • \n\t
  • Must be able to pass a background check
    • \n\t
  • Ability to obtain Federal “Staff-Like Access” security clearance after hire
    • \n
