Shipping and Receiving Assistant

Where You’ll Work: This is a hybrid role based out of our FishHawk office. (located at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive | Lithia, FL). The team has three dedicated in office days. Our US headquarters has an onsite gym and a welcoming campus style workspace with free coffee and tea.

In this role, you'll coordinate the receipt and shipping of materials, supplies and products from various Mosaic plants. You'll also partner with our Logistics Planning, Inventory Management and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate and prompt transactions as well as troubleshoot issues as needed. You will thrive in this role if you have a continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze governing documentation for Mosaic shipments and receipts

  • Monitor all internal and external systems capturing shipments and receipts ensuring accuracy in SAP and other integrated systems (OIS, PLS).

  • Troubleshoot issues causing imbalances and edit all systems

  • Collaborate commercial peers to ensure data is properly configured for all product movements

  • Monitor all product movements relating to goods issues and goods receipts in SAP to ensure timely invoicing to customers and payments to vendors

  • Collaborate with Inventory Accounting Team within reconciliation activities, troubleshoot imbalances and communicate inventory adjustments

  • Manage the diversion and re-shipment process in coordination with the logistics, customer service and accounts payable teams

  • Monitor and correct failed shipment cost documents

  • Troubleshoot failures with needed departments ensuring corrective measures are in place to avoid recurrences

  • Participate in commercial department projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.

What you’ll need:

  • High School/GED

  • 1 years of experience previous customer service, office, or logistics experience

  • Analytical and organizational skills.

  • Good problem-solving skills are a must.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • A bachelor’ degree

  • 3 Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics experience

  • Experience using SAP
