  • Review drawings, instructions, prints, or samples and ensure the optimal process to produce part/ parts in a timely manner
    • \n\t
  • Ability and willingness to create and maintain documentation such as work instructions, process drawings, and tool sheets
    • \n\t
  • Ability to set-up and edit 3 and 4 axis CNC mills and lathes with live tooling utilizing ESPRIT TNG
    • \n\t
  • Ability to set up, adjust, and edit machines and programs
    • \n\t
  • Ability to run the job and process through to completion
    • \n\t
  • Knowledgeable in metal identification and tooling requirements for a manufacturing environment for both mill and lathe
    • \n\t
  • High school diploma or equivalent
    • \n\t
  • 10 year experience preferred, but 7 years minimum, of full-time CNC experience with a strong background in prototyping.
    • \n\t
  • Ability to stay on task and complete projects with minimal supervision
    • \n\t
  • Willingness to hold oneself accountable to the schedule / project deadline

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience operating HAAS, Mori Seiki, Doosan Mills or lathes machines in a high-precision environment
    • \n\t
  • Demonstrated ability to machine complex components to tight tolerances
    • \n\t
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting GD&T symbols
    • \n\t
  • Skilled in machining a wide range of metals including steel, stainless, aluminum, and alloy materials
    • \n

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience on DMG Mori, Doosan and HAAS CNC Machines
    • \n\t
  • Familiarity with prototype workflows and quick-turn part manufacturing
    • \n\t
  • Manual Machining exerience is a PLUS
