Key Responsibilities

- Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for various hospitality and event positions \n\t
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pool for ongoing staffing needs \n\t
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients \n\t
- Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs, job assignments, and candidate status \n\t
- Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and hiring paperwork \n\t
- Support payroll processes by ensuring employee hours and documentation are properly submitted \n\t
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, employees, and clients within internal systems \n\t
- Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients \n\t
- Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple job orders and staffing requests \n

Qualifications

- Fluent in Spanish and English (required) \n\t
