Job Summary
This is a professional new graduate position specializing in employee relations matters and support by assisting with consultative and coaching support provided throughout the organization to all levels of staff and under the guidance of the Employee Relations Consultant Sr, and Human Resources leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Require a bachelor's degree in human resources management, health care or business administration, or another relevant field. Master's degree preferred.
- Require one (1) year of professional experience in a human resources generalist or employee relations capacity, preferably in health care or similar sized environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prefer effective consultative, coaching & counseling, problem solving, conflict management skills.
- Prefer relevant technical knowledge & expertise relating to human resources & employee relations.
- Prefer proven interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities and sound discretionary judgment.
- Prefer working knowledge of PCs, HR systems, Microsoft Office Programs and other relevant software.
