Set up and operate CNC computer-controlled machines to perform one or more functions on sheet metal, aluminum, or plastic work pieces. CNC Mill (HAAS) operator.

\n\n

Responsibilities:

\n\n

Expert ability to set-up and operate assigned machine tools.

\n\n

Must be able to read blueprints

\n\n

Must be able to inspect their work in order to hold specified tolerances

\n\n

Must have their own basic set of machinist tools

\n\n

Ability to operate 5-axis mills a plus

\n\n

Maintain all equipment and tools within the workstation as required by the preventative maintenance schedules.

\n\n

Work with manufacturing team members to produce quality parts and products as required to meet our customers’ needs.

\n\n

Be detailed oriented and quality focused.

\n\n

Work well with others as a fellow team member.

\n\n

Ability to work overtime as needed.

\n\n

Requirements:

\n\n

7 years of experience required

\n\n

Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and work in a fast-paced production setting

\n\n

Maintain a safe, clean, and healthful work environment for self and other team members

\n\n

Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.

\n\n

Support the ISO 9000/AS 9100 quality requirements.

The essential functions of this role include:
