• Conduct two interviews with senior leaders to learn about their career journeys and leadership philosophies.

• Join interactive online sessions designed to provide exposure to various areas of the MVW business.

F&A Corporate Intern/VO Resort Ops Finance Internship Information:

• Internship Timeline: Fall 2026
• Start: September 2026
• Length of Internship: 6-Months
• Pay: $18.50
• Location: MVW HQ in Orlando, FL (Hybrid – 4 Days in Office)
• Candidates must be actively pursuing a college degree at any level.
• Candidate must be pursuing a degree in the following fields: Finance, Economics
• Required skills: Excel, Microsoft 365
• Preferred skills: AI engines, Presentation skills, Leadership and Relationship Building

Internship Description

• Assist with department specific day-to-day operations.
• Support project planning and execution under the guidance of team members.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.
• Gather and analyze data to support projects, reports, or presentation.
• Organize information across multiple resorts
• Budgeting and assist operation leaders
• Power BI, Copilot
