Regional Manager, Staffing Industry – Florida

Must have Staffing Industry experience. This role is ideal for a seasoned staffing leader who thrives in building markets, leading teams, and driving revenue from zero to scale.

Our client, a rapidly growing staffing organization, is seeking an entrepreneurial Regional Manager to build and lead their South Florida market. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on launching, scaling, and owning a territory from Miami through Palm Beach/Jupiter.

With both organic growth and acquisition strategy (including expansion into Orlando), this is a unique opportunity to step into a startup-like environment backed by an established brand and leadership team.

What You’ll Do
  • Build & Scale the Market
  • Lead the expansion of the South Florida region from the ground up
  • Establish brand presence across multiple markets
  • Identify new business opportunities and vertical expansion
  • Drive Revenue & Sales Strategy
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy across multiple staffing verticals
  • Generate new business through direct sales, networking, and market relationships
  • Build partnerships across key industries including:
Light Industrial
Skilled Trades / Construction
Manufacturing
Hospitality
Maritime
  • Build & Lead a High-Performing Team
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a team of sales and recruiting professionals
  • Leverage existing relationships to attract top talent into the organization
  • Establish performance expectations, processes, and scalable structure
  • Operational Leadership
  • Implement consistent processes and best practices across the region
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on growth strategy and acquisitions
  • Ensure strong execution across both sales and delivery


What We’re Looking For
  • Staffing industry experience is required
  • Proven success building a market, branch, or region from scratch or through expansion
  • Strong sales leadership background with a track record of revenue growth
  • Experience hiring, developing, and scaling teams
  • South Florida market knowledge and established network
  • Ability to operate in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience with both organic growth and acquisitions is highly preferred
  • Tech-savvy with experience leveraging CRM and modern recruiting tools
