Qualifications Education / Training Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Meets all Orlando Health mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for the assigned unit or department Licensure / Certification Active State of Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid eNLC multistate RN license Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification required Lactation certification preferred; commitment to obtain the International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) credential Experience Minimum of two (2) years of full-time clinical experience in one or more of the following areas: Mother-Baby, Labor and Delivery, NICU, or Pediatrics Candidates with experience in other related clinical specialties may be considered.
