You will be the Operations LOB Product Lead for the Operations team. Our team is responsible for driving day-to-day operational support, risk identification, and practical solutions that boost production efficiency and meet program targets at the Orlando site.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Operations LOB Product Lead you will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of manufacturing programs and continuously improving site performance.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide day-to-day operational support and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and track corrective actions.
- Implement practical solutions that increase production efficiency and meet program targets.
- Analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply-chain teams to resolve issues quickly.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.Prior exposure to aerospace or defense manufacturing programs.
Knowledge of cost performance analysis and budgeting fundamentals
Basic knowledge of engineering drawing interpretation and change control processes. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2–4years of experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace, defense, or similar).
Direct involvement in program execution, production planning, or process improvement.
Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Ability to analyze production data, generate reports, and identify trends.
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication—written and verbal—for cross functional teams.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Team oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.
