Summary

Bear Mountain Services, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking an exceptional Curriculum Developer II / Instructional Developer II to independently develop and revise Navy training materials in support of CTC courseware modernization and sustainment efforts.

Essential Functions

  • Assist with development and revision of lesson plans, trainee guides, assessments, and presentation materials.
  • Format products using approved templates, style guides, and authoring tools.
  • Incorporate Government review comments and directed edits.
  • Support OMS repositories, file naming conventions, and version control logs.
  • Conduct proofreading, hyperlink checks, and quality control reviews.

  • Excellent writing, proofreading and design skills to develop training course materials
  • Must possess excellent written and spoken use of the English language

Work Environment

This job operates in executive settings with frequent engagement at the highest levels of Navy leadership. This role uses executive office equipment and classified communication systems.

Physical Demands

The physical demands are typical of executive positions, with extensive travel and high-stress decision-making requirements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time executive position with flexible hours based on mission requirements.

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected

Experience

Three to five years Navy curriculum development experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
