Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations on multifamily ground-up wood-frame construction sites.
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
- Resolve onsite issues promptly to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
- Lead and mentor construction teams to achieve project goals efficiently
