Civil & Commercial Litigation Attorney | Naples, FL

A growing Naples law firm is seeking a Florida-licensed Litigation Attorney with approximately 5&-15 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys managing sophisticated matters, taking ownership of cases, and playing a meaningful role in the continued growth of a litigation practice.

The firm is open to candidates at the Senior Associate or Junior Partner level, depending on experience and qualifications.

Practice Areas
  • Business & Commercial Litigation

  • Construction Litigation

  • General Civil Litigation

What You'll Do
  • Handle civil and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

  • Take and defend depositions

  • Draft and argue substantive motions

  • Appear as lead counsel at hearings and other court proceedings

  • Develop litigation strategy and manage day-to-day case activity

  • Conduct legal research, factual investigations, and case analysis

  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide practical, business-oriented legal counsel

  • Collaborate with firm leadership on the continued growth and development of the litigation practice

What We're Looking For
  • Florida Bar admission in good standing

  • Approximately 5&-15 years of civil and/or commercial litigation experience

  • Strong deposition, motion practice, and hearing experience

  • Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload

  • Excellent writing, analytical, and client communication skills

  • Desire to take on increasing responsibility and contribute to a growing practice
