About the Role

The HR Representative II serves as a key administrator for core human resources functions and workforce management activities. This role supports recruiting coordination, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, leave and attendance tracking, employee engagement, and HR systems and records management.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring HR operations run smoothly while maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The HR Representative II partners with leaders and employees to address HR-related needs, resolve issues, and improve processes that enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience.

- Accurate and timely execution of HR transactions and employee lifecycle processes

- Strong employee and manager support, with clear and consistent policy guidance

- High level of data integrity across HR systems and records

- Effective coordination of onboarding, offboarding, and workforce changes

- Continuous improvement of HR processes to increase efficiency and service quality

- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related questions and support for

employees and leaders

- Coordinate and administer key HR processes including onboarding, offboarding,

and employee changes

- Support recruiting activities, including interview coordination and candidate

communication

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems

- Track and support leave of absence, attendance, and other workforce management processes

- Partner with HR team members and business leaders to support day-to-day

operational needs

- Support audits, reporting, and compliance-related activities
