Job Summary: Sparks Group is partnering with a leading Aviation company in order to fill multiple Product Acceptance/ Quality Inspection openings. Ideally we are looking for someone to help make sure the airplane parts and products produced meet all design and quality standards. This position is 100% on site Monday thru Friday business hours. Key Responsibilities:

  • Check parts and materials to make sure they meet design and quality requirements.

  • Keep records of inspection results as proof that everything was checked properly.

  • Identify and report any problems or defects in parts or materials.

  • Set aside any parts that don’t meet standards and help decide what to do with them.

  • Review paperwork to make sure it’s correct and matches quality standards.

  • Use tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to measure parts accurately.

  • Perform both visual checks (looking for obvious damage or defects) and detailed measurements.

  • Work with vendors and customers to resolve quality issues.

  • Support and mentor other inspectors as needed.

  • Hold special quality certifications (or "stamps") from at least three customers, showing you're qualified to inspect products for them.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 years of experience in quality inspection, ideally in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.

  • Comfortable using precision measurement tools like calipers, pin gauges, and comparators.

  • Experience doing First Article Inspections (checking the first part off the production line).

  • Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

  • Mut be able to pass an eye exam
