- Delegate and direct the processing of sales orders received from customers, including preparing invoices, packing lists and shipping documents. \n\t
- Plan and prioritize order fulfillment with the warehouse support team. \n\t
- Oversee the sales order process of non-stocked products between customers and third-party vendors. \n\t
- Oversee the preparation of all shipping and hazmat documents (AWB, SLI, B/L, Cargo Details, Declarations, Dangerous Goods Forms) in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. \n\t
- Preparing and making AES Electronic Export Information filings/ Preparing freight cost analysis. \n\t
- Coordinate communication and resolution of known stock issues with the Inventory Control team. \n\t
- Directing resolutions on transportation issues, handling discrepancies, and communicating to customers, and following-up to ensure problems are resolved. \n\t
- Monitoring customer credit levels and supporting the collection of receivables in connection with the fulfillment of sales orders and customer requests. \n\t
- Documenting and training processes and protocols for overall logistics and customer service functions. \n\t
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager. \n
