Adecco is seeking professional and detail-oriented Remote Customer Support Representatives to support a high-volume contact center environment focused on customer support and case-related services related to legal settlements.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, computer navigation abilities, and a customer-first mindset. Representatives will support customers through inbound and outbound communication while maintaining professionalism, empathy, accuracy, and confidentiality.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking, problem-solving, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently
Assist customers with account inquiries, settlement-related questions, and general support needs
Accurately document customer interactions and case details
Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Meet productivity, quality, and service-level expectations
Follow established workflows, scripts, and compliance procedures
Demonstrate strong listening, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills
Qualifications
Previous call center, customer service, or contact center experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Strong computer navigation and multitasking abilities
Ability to type and document information accurately
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
Technical Requirements
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications
Candidates may be required to complete:

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
