Adecco is assisting a client recruiting for Warehouse Associate opportunities with a leading provider of asset-light transportation solutions specializing in truck brokerage, managed transportation, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
- Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute materials for processing
- Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents
- Load, unload, move, and stage freight within the warehouse
- Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate shipments
- Take check calls from drivers and verify load information for delivery and accounting purposes
- Participate in inventory counts and product assembly as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs
- Ability to load and unload trucks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility to work evening/night shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or dock experience in the transportation industry
- Experience loading and unloading trailers
- Experience using handheld scanners
- Ability to apply critical thinking in daily tasks

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
