In this hands-on role, you ll support the end-to-end manufacturing and packaging process operating and maintaining production equipment, weighing and verifying raw materials, and ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. All work is performed in strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and safety protocols within a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical environment.

- Operate, clean, and maintain production and packaging equipment in a cGMP-compliant environment
- Measure, weigh, and verify materials to ensure product accuracy
- Support end-to-end production processes including manufacturing, pouching, labeling, and packaging
- Set up equipment for clinical study packaging runs and batch production
- Maintain detailed records and follow SOPs to ensure safety and compliance
- Pitch in with shipping, receiving, and warehousing tasks as needed
- A high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Experience with packaging in any setting - distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing. (No prior pharmaceutical or GMP/FDA experience required!)
- Willingness and ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Comfort using basic computer programs like Outlook.
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on production environment where you may be exposed to moving parts, airborne particles, and some odors.
