The Project Manager will be responsible for project documentation, budgeting, buyout, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall project delivery. While the role is office-based in Birmingham, occasional travel for site visits will be required. Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing ground-up retail projects
  • Experience with project budgets in the $30M–$40M range
  • Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, buyout, and contract administration
  • Ability to coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams
  • BA/BS degree preferred (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field)
  • Willingness to travel as needed for project site visits
