As a Maintenance Manager, your primary responsibilities include:<5c pan=""><5c trong=""><5c pan=""><5c>\n

  • Overseeing staff, supply inventory, and household assets within the <5c pan="">Rentyl,<5c pan="">'Rent Ready', inventory while adhering to annual <5c pan="">budgets <5c pan="">and auditing staff and contractor performance.<5c pan=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • Inspecting each property on a regular basis to ensure each site is <5c pan="">meeting <5c pan="">Rental Standards<5c pan=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • Implementing <5c pan="">maintenance procedures and protocols for all on site <5c pan="">teams, <5c pan="">implementing policies, procedures and guidelines to be used <5c pan="">throughout the company and identifying procedur<5c pan="">al challenges to <5c pan="">enhance operational efficiencies <5c pan=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • I<5c pan="">mplementing a tr<5c pan="">aining program for the maintenance teams <5c pan="">(including, but not limited to, identifying annual training courses, <5c pan="">monthly safety<5c pan="">, <5c pan="">emergency preparedness training, etc.) <5c pan=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • Analysis of <5c pan="">work orders on a regular basis to identify areas for <5c pan="">improvement, such as ident<5c pan="">ifying <5c pan="">solutions that will enable the <5c pan="">maintenance team to work more efficiently and effectively<5c pan=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • Conduct daily audits of staff, inventory, tools, equipment, and brand <5c pan="">standards.<5c pan=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • Conduct recruitment, recognition, and disciplinary actions of all <5c pan="">subordinates<5c pan=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • Working with on-<5c pan="">site Service Managers <5c pan="">and staff <5c pan="">to troubleshoot <5c pan="">major <5c pan="">deficiencies.<5c pan=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • Maintain standards of <5c pan="">preventive maintenance program<5c pan="">s<5c pan=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • Implement <5c pan="">Standards of Excellence for the maintenance team<5c pan=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • Actively participate with construction <5c pan="">and <5c pan="">vendors <5c pan="">on identifying <5c pan="">product or design pros and cons <5c pan=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • Overseeing acceptance of new units (maintaining unit walk checklists <5c pan="">and punch lists, interior and exterior walks, warranty walks and <5c pan="">implementing <5c pan="">maintenance <5c pan="">preventive schedules for each new <5c pan="">proper<5c pan="">ty) <5c pan=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • Maintain all support inventory assigned to the department (tools, <5c pan="">vehicles, facilities).<5c pan=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
  • The manager will be available as a resource for subordinates at all <5c pan="">times<5c pan=""><5c pan=""> during scheduled work week.<5c pan=""><5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n
