We’re looking for someone to help keep our warehouse organized while also supporting our technicians and installers in the field when needed. This is a hands-on, physical position that plays a critical role in our daily operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Organizing and maintaining the warehouse so materials and equipment are easy to locate
• Preparing materials and equipment for technicians each morning
• Receiving, unloading, and stocking inventory
• Running parts, equipment, and materials to job sites when needed
• Picking up equipment and supplier orders
• Keeping company vehicles stocked and organized
• Assisting installation and service teams with job site support when warehouse work is caught up
• Helping move equipment, materials, and tools on job sites
• Assisting with job site preparation and cleanup
• Supporting the team wherever needed to keep jobs moving efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Self-starter who doesn’t need constant supervision
• Comfortable working in a warehouse, outdoors, and on active job sites
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly
• Team-first mindset
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• HVAC experience is not required, but a willingness to learn is important
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

A Few Things You Should Know

This is an active, physical position. Our warehouse can become very warm during the summer months, and some work will take place outdoors on job sites throughout Key West and the Lower Keys.

This is not a desk job. We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with their hands, and being part of a team.

For the right person, this can also be an opportunity to learn the HVAC trade and grow into future installation or service positions.
