Summary:
Performs registration and pre-registration functions for in-patients, out-patients, and emergency department patients in order to ensure the integrity of the financial data gathered, customer satisfaction and to support quality patient care. Collects monies due, verifies insurance, and performs financial screening to support positive collections and optimal reimbursement. Enhances the hospital's public image by direct efforts towards increasing patient satisfaction.
