Job Description:

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm occasional evening and weekend hours to support events

Address:This is a flexible role, with some hours worked remotely and others onsite at support campuses within the South Market (East Orlando/Lake Nona and/or Celebration/Kissimmee).

Maintains and tracks budget, tracks volume, and additional data for return on investment reporting to ensure business goals are met. Serves as a brand ambassador, upholding the values of the organization and maintaining consistency of the brand internally and externally. Other duties as assigned. Serves as social media liaison, meeting quantifiable goals and objectives, and helps oversee websites related to the area of focus for timely and consistent updates. Supports the development of direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives to drive volumes and enhance marketing efforts of physicians to drive referrals and grow market share. Contributes to the development of annual marketing plans, setting goals, strategies, and tactics to ensure operational business goals are met. Implements day-to-day marketing efforts for assigned service lines, including digital content and collateral creation, event execution, and project management. Establishes physician relationships to enhance consumer marketing efforts through lectures and events, collaborating with the physician relations marketing team on direct marketing strategies. Works effectively and collaboratively with the creative team, providing clear objectives, goals, feedback, and reasonable deadlines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Introductory organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. [Required]
Foundational knowledge and skills to implement integrated marketing programs, including marketing planning; creative concepting and execution; corporate communications; traditional, digital, and social media; project management, event planning and execution; research analysis; and physician relations. [Required]
Strong collaborator; ability to build meaningful relationships among the marketing team, leaders, staff, physicians, and/or community partners. [Required]
Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write a wide variety of communications in the appropriate contexts of tone, length, audience, and intended use. [Required]
Critical thinker with the ability to make educated recommendations for results; ability to work independently and with a team. [Required]
Basic experience in emerging digital media and technologies and working knowledge and engagement in social media platforms. [Required]

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite software, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a working knowledge of desktop publishing software. [Required]

Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events. [Required]
Must be a team player and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. [Required]
