Job Description:

• Partners with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs by reviewing attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
• Develops strategies to acquire talent, ensuring vacancies are filled, new programs are staffed, and retirement replacements are planned.
• Uses external scanning tools to understand the labor market and educate hiring managers on market conditions.
• Conducts intake processes with hiring managers, develops recruitment plans, and sets service level agreements (SLAs).
• Sources and recruits candidates, mastering pre-closing techniques during candidate intake.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient with Applicant tracking systems [Required]
Excels with Microsoft Office Suite [Required]
Excels in social networking and internet vehicles and tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs job boards [Required]

Education:
Associate [Required]
Bachelor's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

Work Experience:
2 recruiting/sourcing experience [Required]
Healthcare experience [Preferred]
RPO experience[Preferred]

Additional Information:
An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:- Associates degree and 2 years of experience OR - High School Grad or Equivalent and 4 years of experience.
HR Certification through HCI or SHRM [Preferred]
Certification in Talent Acquisition through HCI, NAHCR, RACR [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) [Preferred]
